Barre:

Barre is a low impact workout based off of Classical Ballet and modified into an exercise class for everyone! Barre is revamped to keep the elegance and posture of Ballet, but packs a punch, lengthening the muscles while strengthening. Barre has a huge focus on deep core, firing up the glutes, correcting posture and creating a strong frame, while increasing balance and flexibility. If you’ve enjoyed Pilates, yoga or dancing...Barre is the perfect class for you to get moving in a safe, non-judgemental space.

Hot Vinyasa

Begin with gentle breathwork, spinal warm-ups, and sun salutations that build into dynamic and creative sequences to explore a range of standing poses, twists, gentle inversions, and balances.

You will flow mindfully between each asana then find depth once you land in the posture. This mindful movement allows you to tune into your body’s innate wisdom to release tension, restore balance, enhance strength & flexibility of body and mind, and promote healing.

With yoga philosophy woven into every session, a curated playlist that inspires and elevates and the added benefits of our state-of-the-art infrared heat (33° - 37°) to boost rejuvenation and detoxification; this class is a sweaty, soulful and fun yoga journey that will leave you feeling revitalized, deeply connected, and expansively renewed.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates incorporates a series of body-weight and resistance style exercises aimed to condition and strengthen muscles. In Georgia's classes, you can expect to build foundational strength and target specific muscle groups through a range of dynamic Pilates movements. Focus is put upon improving deep abdominal core stability, improving posture, improving flexibility and toning muscles to create a more balanced body.

Classes are designed to work a variety of different muscle groups, leaving you feeling stronger, connected to your mind and body and content with a well-rounded workout. We have 2 heated (33 degrees) and 2 non heated classes each week.

Yin Yoga

Restorative yin is a blissful 75 minute practice to help you unwind from your day. With long meditative holds in each posture, your body is offered an opportunity to unravel, while your mind and nervous system are restored to a place of peace and calm.

Most postures are floor based and may be held for 3-7 minutes. With the option of being supported with blocks, bolsters, and blankets, this an ideal class for every practitioner of every age and stage of life.

Tantric Hatha Yoga

The lineage that Kristin teaches is a living Himalayan tradition, focusing on the cultivation of power, aligning that power with the soul’s desires and burning through the limitations that bind us. Tantra aims at unifying spiritual life and everyday life, enabling us to succeed in both. Although it is a separate body of knowledge, Tantra also incorporates and includes both Yoga and Ayurveda.

Through techniques such as asana (postures), meditation, mantra, pranayama, mudra and kriya, Tantra teaches us how to master our energy. Tantra seeks to systematically clear energy blockages within the body, build new energy (Prana) and then direct it skilfully towards different areas in the gross and subtle bodies and ultimately into the spine. Tantric practices lend themselves to the process of mastering our life force and all aspects of everyday life. Tantra is a vast well of practices specifically designed to help accelerate spiritual and worldly growth.
